14 days to change your mind.

If you subscribe and change your mind, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

After that window a subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel at any time and keep backup until that date; we do not refund part of a year, and we do not charge you again after you cancel. Nothing you have written is deleted when a subscription ends.

Write to hello@meraky.club from the address on the account. There is no form to fill in and nothing to justify.

What a subscription is

It buys one thing: an off-device copy of your library, and the ability to bring it back. The app itself is free and stays free — logging books, sessions, notes, feelings, ratings, insights and both keepsake cards carry no price and no time limit. A subscription that ends stops the backup and takes nothing away: every book, every mark and every keepsake is on your phone, where it has been all along.
